HOW TO BOOK a Tour with Joy
Tours with tickets to be booked in advance:

We don’t have a booking online system but booking with us is SUPER EASY!**
After submitting your request and having received our answer with PRICE and AVAILABILITY, if you’ll like the plan you will have 3 options:
PAYING A DEPOSIT TO SECURE THE TOUR and BUYING TICKETS YOURSELF
This is the cheapest option! You pay for a deposit now and balance the day of the tour (cash only) and you buy tickets yourself. This way paypal fee is very low! After the deposit we will send you simple instructions to buy your admission tickets online.
DEPOSIT IS NOT REFUNDABLE
PAYING A DEPOSIT TO SECURE THE TOUR + THE AMOUNT FOR US TO BUY YOUR TICKETS
If you want us to buy entry tickets for you, it will cost you 2 euros on top of each tickets price + paypal fee.
You’ll pay the balance (cash only) the day of the tour.
DEPOSIT and TICKETS FEE ARE NOT REFUNDABLE
PREPAYING IN FULL
(TOUR +TICKETS)
You’ll pay 15% fee on top of the price of the tour + 2 euros extra fee on top of each ticket but you prepay in full and we buy tickets for you.
DEPOSIT (20% of the total fee) and TICKETS FEE ARE NOT REFUNDABLE
IF YOU DON’T HAVE PAYPAL: No problem! In case you don’t have a paypal account just let us know and we will send you a paypal invoice for which you’ll need only credit card and no paypal account.

DEPOSIT (20% of the total fee) is not REFUNDABLE

Coop. shall not be liable for any injuries or any damage to any client or be subject to any claim, demand, injury, or damages, whatsoever, including without limitation, those damages from acts of passive or active negligence on the part of Joy of Rome Sooc. Coop. , its associates. Client does hereby expressly release and discharge Joy of Rome Sooc. Coop. from all such claims, demands, injuries, damages, actions or causes of action. By paying the deposit, client acknowledges that he/she has carefully read this paragraph and fully understands that this is a waiver and release of liability.
