Type of Experience: Small Group up to 9 people
Duration: 3.5 hours approx.
What you will prepare:
3 different dishes (2 first courses and one sweet)
You will learn how to roll, cut, shape, and cook two different kind of fresh pasta (ex. Cavatelli and Fusilli) and a delicious dessert (ex. Tiramisù).
To stuff or garnish your pastas you will have a variety of seasonal ingredients to use.
You will meet your personal Chef in the morning at his place near the Colosseum to start a wonderful hands-on cooking class. Chef Salvatore will welcome you with a drink and small appetizers to snack on and he will introduce you the details of the experience.
Into a charming ancient building you will learn how to cook like a real Italian, using recipes passed down from generation to generation.
Lunch – once the pasta and other courses are ready, just relax and take your time to indulge with a sit-down meal.
Wine – little wine tasting to savor this unique experience!
All necessary ingredients and equipment
Transportation to and from the location of the cooking class place.
